We offer a full range of vaccination services, travel prescriptions, travel related merchandise, and health advice for all of your travel needs to help keep you and your family safe.

VACCINATIONS

We provide vaccinations and injections for any Albertan with a valid Alberta Healthcare number including the flu vaccine and any drug on the Alberta Drug Benefit List. Injections for medications not covered are also provided at a nominal cost.

B12

Cyanocobalamin is a man-made form of vitamin B12 used to treat low levels (deficiency) of this vitamin. Vitamin B12 helps your body use fat and carbohydrates for energy and make new protein. It is also important for normal blood, cells, and nerves. 

SHINGLES TEST, VACCINATION AND PRESCRIPTION

Our clinical pharmacists can give the injection if the patient already has a  prescription OR do the proper assessment to confirm the diagnosis. The proper medication will be prescribed at the same time.

PNEUMONIA TEST, VACCINATION AND PRESCRIPTION

One of our clinical pharmacists will do the necessary assessments and prescribing to provide the various pneumonia vaccinations,

dTap VACCINATION AND PRESCRIPTION

(diphtheria, tetanus, and acellular pertussis) vaccine is offered  and many other vaccines that you may need to provide as much protection as possible .

STREP TEST

This is a quick test that involves a swab of the throat and a special device that will give us results within minutes.  We have pharmacists on staff that can prescribe the necessary treatments depending on the results.

Created by our pharmacists and patients who have complex health needs such as a chronic disease (diabetes, hypertension, COPD, asthma, heart failure, ischemic heart disease, or mental health problems) with or without risk factors such as tobacco use, obesity, or addiction. This plan will provide medication therapy goals, monitor progress, and provide physicians with valuable information to improve patient health. Follow-up appointments are also covered if they are deemed necessary

Similar to the CACP for patients who do not have complex health needs but have at least one chronic condition and are taking 4 or more prescription drugs. This plan will help pharmacists and patients set medication goals, monitor and manage drug therapies, and help Albertans better manage their medical conditions.

Consult with one of our certified Smoking Cessation Counsellor and Pharmacist to receive a personalized treatment plan to help you quit smoking.
